Island Real Tours plans and schedules real estate buying excursions to some of the most desirable destinations in the Bahamas and Caribbean. While many elements of the tours resemble a high-end vacation, the main crux of each trip is viewing various island real estate opportunities and education of different buying techniques and practices used by seasoned island investors.

Our destinations are carefully researched to assure our clients receive appropriate advice whether looking for a second home, investment property or undeveloped acreage. The program we offer is turn-key. We include talks by knowledgeable local attorneys, Real Estate practitioners, accountants, and inspectors on all tours.

Lodging, inter-island airfare, meals and ground transportation are all included in the tour price. There is no obligation to purchase. In fact, many of our clients utilize our tours to get acquainted with various areas and then plan a more focused buying trip at a later date.
